Default I'm vegan and I need more protein?

Every time I go to the doctor, she says I need more protein,
How can I get more protein.

soy milk, beans, nuts...

you can also buy Boca or Morningstar products (can be found at Wal-Mart or organic food stores generally) that are loaded with protein.

veggie protein is better than meat protein, so you're good with not having to eat meat for protein. here's a link for veggie protein sources like soy products, nuts and beans.
