 Are potatoes really good for us? I went to the doctors and was put on a special diet since i am borderline diabetic. I was told i wasn't allowed potatoes (I LOVE POTATOES) silly me didn't ask why i couldn't have them. Does any one know what is so bad with potatoes?      |
