Default Have you ever been in the process of eating a sandwhich and realized that?
there was mold on one of the slices of bread? Yummy, yum, yum! Nom-nom-nom. PCN (penicillin) comes from mold so no worries right? Right?! ( o _ 0 ) Hahahahahahahahahaha. ( ^ _ ^ )
This actually happened to me. Did I continue to eat it? No. Let's just say I lost my appetite really quick. ( ^ _ ^ )

lol, ya i think i disposed of it quickly.... even grosser yet once i was eating a cheeseburger from mcdonalds and when i was about to take my second bite i happened to look down at the burger and there was a freakin fly in it.... of course i returned it and all they did was give me a new burger.... come to find out my brother worked there and he said a coworker used to kill flies with towels ( like when you wind them up and flick stuff).. but he didn't retrieve the dead flies..... GROSS

~I have and just removed the mold dots (it wasn't serious).
If it is serious than toss it to the garbage.~
