| anyone got ideas ? im homeless and mulit disabled im allergic got migrines ibs acid reflux cholestral pain so no salt beef chicken soy msg preservatives yeast refined how to manage? whats best? i'm failing its been years of trying not enough acessible or affrodable housing. shlters now even cahrging rent called rehab programs i dont need. few food banks dont do specail needs in berkeley san fran areas. especailly all money to food gas car maintnence id die wihtou t car panic cant take a bus cant walk far and now almost nothing left for any healthy food. all healthy advice appreciated. |

| fish, salad... U could try wheat free pasta and a healthy sauce.. I know for a fact it's expensive the pasta, but it will last for 1 person.. eat enough pulses too. These can be quite inexpensive a they are canned... make sure you eat fruit and veg too |
