| I raised my hand at the wrong moment and was put in charge of my tennis clubs’ 4th of July tournament. There will be 36 players and about 10 guests. There is no power at the courts so I’m limited to the Weber for heat. For food I’m thinking I can’t go to wrong with hotdogs, potato chips, potato salad, and maybe some chili. Desert would be make-your-own sundays. Any other simple ideas to feed the masses? Anyone know how much I should plan for each person to eat? Got any easy recipes? Thanks for your ideas Robert |

| Lots of salads!!! Cole Slaw, tossed green, a veggie platter, a fruit platter or salad. I would plan on a large pot of beans and one of chili if you are doing hotdogs. You will need about 2 gallons of each salad, and 2 gallons of beans and chili. Plan on 3 dogs per person. Cole Slaw: the salad is already cut just dump into bowl and get cole slaw dressing. 8 packages tossed green: the salad is already cut, just dump into bowl and get salad dressings. 8 packages Frijoles: get 3 friends to each make a crock of beans Chile: get 3 friends to each make a crock of chile. Delegate!!! draft a committee and assign jobs. |
